● Ordination of Becky McDaniel on May 14, 11 AM, in Christ Church, Blacksburg: God willing and the People consenting, Bishop Mark will ordain Becky to the Sacred Order of Deacons on May 14 in Blacksburg. Please keep Becky and her girls in your prayers as she prepares for this joyous moment. Becky will begin her ministry as a missional curate assigned to both Trinity Episcopal Church and Stuart Hall School in Staunton. Find the invitation here.

St. John's, Roanoke, has a lot to share this week:

--Summer Music Camp: for rising first through sixth graders, featuring a week of experiential learning designed to help your child grow musically and foster his/her innate creativity. There is no cost. Register here.

--Parents' Night Out / Bricks 4 God LEGO nights: In partnership with Bricks 4 Kidz, St. John's will host three "parents' night out" events. Kids will eat dinner, learn a Bible story, and build related LEGO projects. Cost is $10/child for children ages 4 and up; childcare is provided for those under 3 at no cost. --The St. John's Youth Group is hosting an All Decades Prom (for adults) on May 14, as a Mission Trip Fundraiser.  All 18-and-overs are welcome!
