Administrative Assistant

 

The successful candidate will be a personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, computer literate, self-starter, equally at ease working independently and collaboratively.

 

Job Summary: The administrative assistant will assist NH Children's Trust staff with reception, clerical, secretarial and logistical support as assigned.

 

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat, welcoming reception area, providing warm, helpful communication with stakeholders in person and on the phone, word processing and data entry, filing, copying, collating, mailing and other administrative support duties as assigned.  

 

The administrative assistant must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this position.

Education/Skill Requirement:

  • HS Diploma; college or technical degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Good keyboarding skills
  • Experience with GiftWorks and QuickBooks preferred
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Able to transport and use presentation equipment and supplies

 

Reports to: Executive Director

Status: Full-time Hourly Non-exempt (37.5 hours/half hour unpaid lunch daily)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30, with some flexibility

Wage: $15/hour
