Sleep Awareness Week

According to a recent survey half of all Americans feel they do not get enough sleep. Each year the National Sleep Foundation sponsors a public awareness and education campaign to help the nation make rest a higher priority. The week begins with the announcement of the Foundation's "Sleep in America" poll results and ends (tomorrow night!) with the clock change to Daylight Saving Time.

Why You Call US

You have decided you want a new job.

You have thought it through for a couple of weeks now.

You have really decided to go through with it.

You changed your mind the next day.

You thought it would work out where you are, but the very next day you felt the same way you did about two weeks ago.

You think you shouldn't have told anyone and now you kind of regret having said anything.
