   We are hosting three (3) meetings and urge you to attend one of the meetings so that you understand how the changes to the Tennessee Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act may affect you.

   The meetings will cover all changes to the Tennessee Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act, which was signed by Governor Haslam in May, 2015.

   We will explain mandatory damage reporting in the DIRT tool and help you sign up for this.

   We will also cover what is required in Positive Response.

Closing tickets in Positive Response is mandatory and it must be done through the Positive Response System.

  

   New Damage Prevention Guides will be available for you at the meeting.
