Members can Save by Switching from Fax to Electronic Ticket Delivery

Tennessee 811 would like to take this opportunity to remind our members who receive their tickets by fax, that there are less expensive (free) ways for you to receive your notifications.

Currently members who receive their tickets by fax pay an additional $0.25 per ticket (Messages and Audits do not incur this additional fee). If you are receiving tickets by both fax and e-mail, then you are paying for two notifications in addition to the $0.25 for the fax.

There is no additional cost if you receive your tickets electronically. You pay only for the ticket that you receive with no added cost for how you receive it. By using e-mail, you can receive your tickets at up to five e-mail addresses, again, with no additional cost incurred.

If you are interested in receiving your tickets by e-mail, contact Kathy Quartermaine at kquarter@tennessee811.com or call Kathy at       615-367-1110 ext. 7180.

Another electronic method for receiving your tickets is through the KorWeb Ticket Management System. Tennessee 811 has partnered with KorTerra to provide this product to our members at no cost. We offer this service to our members to help them improve organizational efficiency and safety in damage prevention.

All ticket transmission, processing and Positive Response functions take place online in KorWeb.

This web-based ticket management system also allows for the efficient and safe processing and storing of tickets while allowing members to cut their costs by eliminating unnecessary manual processes.
