 SAVE THE DATE!

 

Be sure to mark Thursday, December 5, 2013 on your calendars. On that day Tennessee 811 will be having an open house to celebrate our 30th Anniversary.

 

We will be open to welcome you from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (CST). Come by and see our center. We will have stations set up to learn about Virtual Private DIRT, Member Services Area Mapping (MSAM), our new Mobile App, Portal Ticket Entry (GeoRemote & Remote Ticket Entry), KorWeb and more. AND we'll have lunch for you starting at 11 a.m.

 

We'll have more information coming soon, but in the meantime - Mark Your Calendars - we're looking forward to seeing you!

 

  

   

Trainers Conference
 

Tennessee 811 recently hosted the 2013 Trainers Conference in Nashville. There were 19 trainers in attendance representing 11 one-call centers. After a full day of sessions, they took a cruise on the General Jackson up the Cumberland River to see the beautiful Nashville skyline.

We have a new website and invite you to check it out! On our new website you will have access to a wealth of information. It's easy to navigate and doesn't require Flash, so most devices can access all of its features. There is a webpage for every kind of excavator. So if you're a Contractor, a Home Owner, or a Member Utility, you'll find a webpage tailored to provide you with the information that you need. You will also find links to Positive Response, GeoRemote Ticket Entry, E-Ticket and Member Service Area Mapping (MSAM) as well as our Twitter and Facebook feeds. A handy search feature can help you find specific information. And if you have a question, you can even start a Live Online Chat Session with a Tennessee811 representative!

 On-Line Store Now Available

  

Our new website, www.tennessee811.com , now features an On Line Store. From our homepage, follow the links to the Contractors, Homeowners or Member Utilities pages and select On-Line Store for access. You can see what promotional items we have in stock and what the cost is to purchase them. All you need to do is look at the pictures, choose the items and quantities you want, and then fill in the order sheet. Your order will go to Kathy Quartermaine, our Marketing & Education Manager. Once we fill the order, it will either be shipped to you, or if one of our Liaisons will be in your area within a week of filling the order they will deliver it to you.

 

We offer our members a discounted rate to purchase items from us - that is shown in the store, so you can see your savings.
