New Legislation |
On April 18th, 2013, Governor Haslam signed into law Senate bill 851 (HB 0940). The bill establishes a Committee of Stakeholder representatives to work during the summer to improve the language in the underground Utility Damage Prevention Act. The committee is required to report their finding by November 1, 2013.
