This month, we're recommending titles to help you make 2013 your best year ever. From Dr. Amen's advice on how to age well, to Deepak Chopra's suggestions for spiritual wellbeing, and let's not forget the Paleo Diet from Mikki Reilly, and Timothy Caulfield's Cure. We've got books that will help you keep those New Year's resolutions.
Plus, we're starting a new magazine service called Zinio in February - you'll be able to get magazines delivered straight to your computer or smart phone. Titles cover the gamut from cooking to gaming to Consumer Reports and Us Weekly. Keep up at your library. Check our website February 1 for access to Zinio plus instructions on how to make it work for you.
eReader and Digital Device clinics continue into February. If you received a new gadget this past holiday season and need a little help getting it up and online, visit one of these clinics for help.
Stop by this Saturday for our 5th Annual Antiques Appraisal Show. David C. Morris, a certified appraiser and auctioneer will tell you what your "treasure" is worth. Only two items per person, please.
There's lots going on at your library. Stop in and try some new things like downloading eBooks or some old things like checking out a best seller. We're here for you. |
