He joins a stellar line-up of speakers and panellists taking part in the eighth staging of the event at the Grand Htel Stockholm, on Friday, 12 June.
Alexander joined Nokia Networks (formerly NSN) in October 2011, initially overseeing the firm's global restructuring programme, before he was appointed chief transformation officer in April last year.
Alexander, who has extensive experience in the automotive and machine industry, has also worked as an industrial advisor for private equity companies, with involvement in various acquisitions and restructuring of portfolio companies. He will present a turnaround case study to the conference.

European Turnaround Experts will be Discussing Where the Next Opportunities for Investment will be Across Central and Eastern Europe at a Conference in Bucharest this Month
TMA Europe is hosting its second event focusing on the economic environment in Eastern Europe at the National Bank of Romania on Monday, 27th April. Eastern Europe: Turnaround's Emerging Financial Frontier, which is free to attend, will see speeches and panels exploring the economic environment in Eastern Europe, with topics due to be debated including NPL transactions and distressed investing. As part of the discussion about loans, the panel will focus on service models and will be looking at how investors manage the servicing of the loan portfolios they buy.
Panel chair Marko Fabris, Senior Manager in the Advisory Services department at PwC SEE, said: "I think this is a really interesting issue to focus on and I'm sure the panellists will be able to give some very good insight on this.
"I also will be asking the panel for what advice they could give to potential sellers of loan portfolios, in particular, what are the areas they should focus on when bringing a loan portfolio to market? Also, from the vendor point of view, for someone considering whether they should sell or hold onto a loan portfolio, we'll be talking about the benefits that a specialist debt investor can bring to this process, and of the advantages of selling."
Mr Fabris, who has more than 12 years of experience in assignments in Serbia and other Southeast European countries, will also ask the panel for their views on where the investment opportunities may be across CEE in the medium to long term.
Panellists looking at these issues will include Enrica Maria Ghia, of Studio Legale Ghia in Italy; Nick Colman, of KPMG in the UK; Oana Petrescu, of Deloitte in Romania; Bernd Mittermair, of BCR Bank in Romania; and Florian Klimscha, of Freshfields in Austria.
Greg Fine, CEO of TMA Global, and Bogdan Olteanu, the Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Romania, will also both address the event, and the keynote speech will be given by senior U.S. bankruptcy judge and TMA Global Chairman, Honourable Kevin J Carey.
Last year's first East European event organised by TMA Europe proved a real success with more than 80 delegates attending and some lively debates on the specific issues facing this region.
The conference runs from 4.00pm until 8.00pm. It is free to attend, but pre-registration is essential. For full details and to register please see www.tma-europe.org .

Pre-Insolvency Proposals Debated
Directors of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (EACTP) have called for a formal pre-insolvency moratorium to be introduced in the UK to help companies in distress.
EACTP President Tyrone Courtman and Education and Training Committee Chair Alan Tilley advocated this change as part of the association's response to consultation by The Insolvency Service on European Commission recommendations for a new approach to business failure and insolvency. The proposals, published last March, would allow companies to restructure at an earlier stage, before formal insolvency proceedings are started.
Turnaround boutique BM&T also hosted a TMA UK panel discussion in London on the proposals for a new pre-insolvency regime ahead of the consultation deadline. Leading figures from the European turnaround community took part in the event together with Nicholas Blaney of the Insolvency Service.
For full details on the EACTP response to the consultation see the EACTP's article and to read about the debate at the TMA UK event see BM&T's article.
