Call for Entries - TMA Europe Awards Submission
The TMA Europe Awards are an opportunity for members of the Turnaround community to put forward their greatest achievements.
We know that an Awards submission can be an onerous task so this year we have simplified the Awards Submission Form and have provided a Submissions Guideline to help you as well.
One of last year's winners, Adrian Doble at FRP Advisory said, "To be involved in the first ever award was very special. FRP Advisory is delighted that three of its team were voted winner of the Small Company Turnaround Award. The TMA is very special to this firm and to be a part of its European expansion has been a pleasure. The team of three worked in four jurisdictions to turn around a complex situation and create value not only for shareholders and banks but for hundreds of employees as well."
All submissions must be emailed to Mandy Caruana and the deadline is Friday 19 April, 5 p.m. CET.

TMA (UK) - The Power of 13
The first quarter of 2013 has been very successful for TMA (UK). We have welcomed two new sponsors - Gordon Brothers and Gener8 Finance - and 13 new members.
We continue to build on the success of our events programme - with a 20% increase in the number of planned events for 2013. Last year, we held over 30 events which attracted over 2,000 attendees. Of these 24% involved technical & regulatory updates, including tax, legal, and HR issues, 24% addressed funding options, 15% included case studies, 15% market specific updates for example in the care home, hospitality, and retail sectors, and 12% looked at general views on the market economy including last year's conference and the very popular turnaround preview / review state of the nation panel event held every January in London.
Speakers and attendees across these events comprise representatives from all the major Stakeholder groups, including joint events with other organisations such as R3, the London Business School, and ICAEW.
We welcome guests from other members within TMA Europe or why not encourage your UK offices to attend or host an event. Although fully booked in London through to 2014 we are happy to talk to those wishing to get involved in UK events across our 11 regions. For the first time in 2013 we also have sponsorship opportunities available this year at our annual conference - rated by 98% of delegates who expressed a view as excellent or good use of their time.
For full detail of our events programme or to book your place visit our website on tma-uk.org or call Nyree Magill on 0844 804 0116.
