VILLAGE WIDE RUMMAGE 
Saturday, Sept. 10th - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
The second Saturday of September is traditionally set aside as the Village Wide Rummage Sale.  Although this will not be a group sponsored event this year (there will be no maps printed), all residents are invited to participate as sellers - and all buyers are welcome!    
Yard signs can be set up 24 hours before, and must be removed no later than 24 hours after.  Join the fun and earn (or spend) a little cash on some great bargains!  
 
CUSTOM AUTO SHOW
Sunday, Sept. 11th - Grady Park - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Car-Antique
This annual event brings a wide variety of custom vehicles to Grady Park.  Enjoy the day browsing through the unique vehicles on display.  Take a break and enjoy good food and fun music!
Proceeds to support the Saukville Fire Dept.

OSCAR GRADY LIBRARY - Clubs and Activities 
Besides a wide variety of materials available for check-out, Saukville's Oscar Grady Library offers fun and educational clubs and activities for children and adults.  Check out the website or call the Library at 262-284-6022 for more info.

RECREATION WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE  
Saukville Recreation is now putting together it's Tuesday Night Women's
Volleyball League.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - PART-TIME
Oscar Grady Library - Part-time Library Assistant I 
The Oscar Grady Public Library is in need of a positive, innovative individual with a strong work ethic and love for books to serve as a part-time Library Assistant.  The position is approximately 8 hours per week plus hours every third Saturday, as part of a rotation.
Hours are two evenings a week (Wednesdays & Thursdays) from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Some coursework or experience in the library field is a plus but is not required.

Lawn Maintenance Lawn Mower
Chapter 151 of the Municipal Code provides for standards of property maintenance which prohibits unsightly growth and foliage of any nature.  Routine maintenance of lawns, yards, and property foliage is  the responsibility of every property owner. Please help keep Saukville beautiful; cut your lawns and maintain all property foliage on a regular basis.

  -  Appliance Drop-off Site - Now Available During Yard Hours

Please Note:  Larger limbs, stumps, and/or tree removals (full tree debris) are the responsibility of the property owner and will not be collected or chipped. 
 
Ozaukee Co. Household Hazardous Waste Collection Site  
Veolia North America provides residents with a household Hazardous waste (HHW) drop off site at 1275 Mineral Springs Dr., Port Washington.   
The site is open Mondays only from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
Fees will be charged for all items on a per pound basis or per unit. 
New Rates Apply, effective July 1, 2016.

VOTER REGISTRATION
If any of the following events have occurred since the last time you VOTED, you will need to complete a new registration form:
 - Moved into the Village
 - Changed your address within the Village
 - Changed your name
If you've turned 18 since the last election, you can also come in to Village Hall to register.

Avoid the registration lines at the Nov. 8th Presidential Election by coming in to Village Hall during normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) to complete a registration form.  Open registration ends Wed., Oct. 19th at 5:00 p.m.  You will need proof of residence to register. 

PHOTO/VOTER ID REQUIRED FOR ALL WISCONSIN ELECTIONS
Please be prepared with your Photo ID.  Election Inspectors will be required to ask for voter Photo ID, along with a voter's signature to receive a ballot.  A list of acceptable documents are listed on the Wisconsin Election Commission website at http://www.gab.wi.gov/elections-voting/photo-id .
Remember - Bring it to the Ballot!
