Assessment Board of Review
Board of Review, for residents wishing to contest their assessment value, is scheduled for Monday, July 14th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Village Hall.  A minimum 48 hour notice of intent to file a written objection is required.  Register for BOR at Village Hall.  Find more info in the 2014 Property Assessment Appeal Guide for Wisconsin Real Property Owners.
2nd Quarter Utility Billing

The 2nd quarter water utility bills were mailed out last week.  If you did not receive yours, please call 262-284-9423 for the Utility Billing Department.  Failure to receive a utility bill in the mail does not exempt you from late charges.   Payment is due in full by July 25th.

Reminder to Residents re: Yard Clean-up Debris
Please containerize your yard debris and take it to the Village's compost site at the Department of Public Works on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Department of Public Works DOES NOT collect summer yard clean-up debris curbside.  Please follow these simple rules and help keep our community clean:
  • Do not place yard waste in the street or curbside.
  • Do not direct grass clippings into the street when mowing the lawn, or blow debris into the street with your leaf blower.

Curbside Chipping:  The Chipper will tour the Village every Monday (weather permitting) through November 3rd - branches only; 3" diameter maximum; must be curbside by 6:30 a.m. Monday mornings.
