Due to the extremely cold weather this winter, frost has penetrated the ground beyond 5 feet and has frozen water services, water mains, and sanitary sewers throughout the state.  Residents on dead end streets are most susceptible to this problem.  As long as there is water usage occurring in a home, this usually will not be a concern.  However, if you are not using water routinely,  or out of town for an extended period, please arrange for someone to flush a toilet or run a faucet for a few minutes each day so that flow through the underground service keeps water moving.
