Municipal Facilities - Holiday Hours

Village Hall Regular Office Hours:  Monday - Friday -  8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

All Village Facilities will be CLOSED for the holidays December 24 & 25, 2013, & January 1, 2014, and CLOSED AT NOON on December 31, 2013.   

 

Oscar Grady Library will be closed December 24, 25, 26 & 31, 2013 & Jan. 1, 2014.

2013 Property Tax Bills Have Been Mailed

Property tax-house Attention Village of Saukville Taxpayers:

Either the full payment or the first installment of your property tax bill is due by January 31, 2014.  Payment must be received by December 31, 2013 in order to deduct it off your 2013 income taxes.

 

Payments can be made in person at Village Hall, Port Washington State Bank or BMO Harris Bank (Saukville Branches), on-line at www.village.saukville.wi.us (Your Government, Tax Information), or mailed to the Village of Saukville, 639 E Green Bay Ave., Saukville, WI 53080.  Please make checks payable to the Village of Saukville.   

 

For those receiving overpayment escrow checks, immediate refunds will be processed at Port Washington State Bank only.  Please pay inside - payments will not be accepted by drive thru tellers.  You must have your tax bill to process payment.   

 

2014 Pet Licenses are now available.  Please bring your pet's rabies paperwork with you.  We need to confirm and enter this info in our new licensing program.  

1000 Books Before Kindergarten
It's here!  The Oscar Grady Public Library is excited to present 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten!  This new and ongoing early literacy program encourages families and caregivers to read 1,000 books aloud with their young children before they enter Kindergarten.  Any child from birth until he/she starts kindergarten is eligible to register.  Reading together helps your child develop important pre-reading skills that provide a solid reading foundation - a key to scholastic and learning success.

Interested in becoming a Village of Saukville Trustee?

Interested parties can start circulating papers for signature December 1st.  All necessary documents and signatures must be submitted to the Clerk's office by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2014.  All documents can be found at www.wisconsin.gov or you can stop in at Village Hall and pick up a packet.  Questions?  Call Village Hall at 284-9423.
