Check your front door for the annual "Scouting for Food" bags on Sat., Oct. 12th.
Fill bags with non-perishable food items and place outside your front door for pick up Sat., Oct. 19th.
All collected food will be delivered to the Saukville Food Pantry.

Curbside Leaf Collection

Curbside leaf collection runs October 1st through November 29th.
No guaranteed or scheduled pick-up.
Leaf piles must be curbside with no brush or plant materials.
Keep vehicles off leaf piles or leaves will not be collected.
Do not make leaf piles too large for the vacuum truck to manage.

Continue to bring all yard waste to the Compost Site at the DPW Garage - open on Saturdays,

9 a.m. to 3. p.m. through November 16th.

Hydrant Flushing

The Saukville Water Department will be flushing hydrants throughout the Village between 8:30 a. fire hydrant m. and 2:30 p.m. October 14th through October 17th & October 21st through 24th. There may be some discoloration in your water during this process. This is iron and is not harmful. We recommend that you do not do laundry if your water is discolored. If you forget and your clothes have a reddish appearance, DO NOT DRY THE CLOTHES; rather rewash in cold water to remove the discoloration. Running the tap for a short period of time will clear the lines after the flushing is complete.
