NATIONAL NIGHT OUT 2013
Thank youAugust 13th the Saukville Police Department hosted the Ozaukee National Night Out for the seventh year in a row.  What an amazing event it was again!  National Night Out is a national program in which cities, villages, towns, and neighborhoods all celebrate around the country.  It's a night where businesses, community groups, citizens, and law enforcement agencies reach out to each other and form partnerships.  The Saukville Police Department began Ozaukee National Night Out in 2006 and with the support of our businesses, community groups, citizens, and local law enforcement agencies we've been able to grow it into a fun, family event that hopefully everyone looks forward to each year.  National Night Out 2013 was a huge success, so much so, we blew away last year's numbers for attendance.  Attendance was estimated at approximately 700 people!  The main reasons that the Ozaukee National Night Out is so successful is due to our amazing sponsors, our local businesses, and our civic groups.  We would like to particularly thank Messina's Restaurant for providing the hot-dogs, buns, and pickles and Dairy Queen for providing the awesome Dilly Bars.  The generosity of these businesses and civic groups amazes us each year!  The Saukville Police Department would like to sincerely thank all of the businesses and volunteers who supported us for Ozaukee National Night Out 2013!

House Numbers are Required!

House address

Ordinance 75-1 Uniform Building Numbering System requires that all property owners shall mount the unique building address number for their home/building to a conspicuous area at the front of, or in close proximity to, the primary access, comprised of numeric characters - the style, size, and color of which are approved by the Village of Saukville Building Inspector.  Numbering of your house/building is especially critical in assisting responders in the event of an emergency.
