Street Project - Dekora Woods Blvd.
The Ozaukee County Highway Dept. will be slag sealing Dekora Woods Blvd. from STH 33 to Technology Way the week of June 24th. This is done to keep Village roads in top condition to support transportation for our growing industries. The road will remain open, but please watch for construction workers. The project will take less than one day.
You do not need a permit to place rummage sale signs, but please follow Village Ordinance -Section 205-79E regarding placement and duration of signage. Signs must comply with traffic visibility requirements and are not permitted in Village parks or median areas. Improperly placed signs will be confiscated. Do not place signs sooner than 24 hours before your sale, and remove signs within 24 hours after.
The Emerald Ash Borer is an invasive pest introduced from Asia that attacks ash trees. Its larvae live under the bark of ash trees and feed on their vascular cambiums which may ultimately result in tree death. These pests have been found in Ozaukee County. Find more information online at the Wisconsin.gov EAB Resource Guide. |
