Youth United Anti-Bullying Film Festival 2013
The 2nd Annual Youth United Anti-Bullying Film Festival was held on April 5th and was a tremendous success! Throughout March and early April, youth from across Greater Victoria submitted 30 second public service announcements (PSAs) that creatively conveyed their anti-bullying message. All entries were then shown at the film festival on the big screen at the Vic Theatre. From the impactful videos to the red carpet photo area, and from the engaging guest speakers to the prestigious community judges, this event left a tremendous impact on all children, youth, and families in attendance. We are thrilled to announce the two winners of this year's film festival:Grade 9-12 Category: Team PCS, 'Bullying Stops Here.' Grade 8 & Younger Category: The Shoreline Social Club, 'Were Your Words Worth It.' Click here for more event details, to view the PSA's and photos from the red carpet....
