What's New?
Harbourside Club Makeover Our Harbourside Club recently benefited from the work of two of our champions - Harbourside Rotary Club and Downs Construction. Rotary members picked up paint brushes and paint and gave the interior a great new look! Not only did they do the painting but they paid for the paint too! Downs Construction built some new cubbies for the kids - the photo in the left column shows how great they look by the thank you card Dana Parkes created to thank our good friends at Downs Construction!
Care Home Families Needed
Home. A powerful word. To most people it means a loving, supportive, safe and inviting place filled with people who care, to others it means abuse, depression and fear. If you have a supportive nurturing home with room for one more, Boys & Girls Clubs urges you to open your door to a youth who isn't lucky enough to have a place to call "home". In addition to doing the right thing for a 13-19 year old, you will also receive a monthly retainer and a daily stipend. For more information, check out our recruitment poster.
