Public Art Deadline Extended!

The Albuquerque Public Art Program currently has three calls for art on the Opportunities for Artists webpage. Two deadlines are this week! One has been extended to next Friday!
  • The program is looking for large-scale 2-Dimensional Artworks by New Mexican Artists. The deadline to apply is April 30th by 5:00pm.
  • The program is also looking for local artists to submit proposal for temporary public art installations that will be included at SummerFest-2014. The deadline has been extended to Friday May 9th by 5:00pm.
  • Lastly, The program is looking for artists to create limited edition lithography-related to food in Albuquerque, in partnership with the prestigious Tamarind Institute. The deadline to apply is May 1st by 5:00pm.
Urban Enhancement Trust Fund
Application Form has been Posted!

The City of Albuquerque's Urban Enhancement Trust Fund (UETF) Committee announces the opportunity to apply for UETF funding for arts and cultural programs for the FY 2016 and 2017 funding cycle. The full application for UETF funding is now available. The deadline to apply is June 20th, 2014

Open Space Art Call - Celebrating 30 Years of the Open Space Division

The Open Space Division is celebrating 30 years, and has posted a call for artwork depicting relationship with Open Space Lands. The artwork can be a poem, story, photo, video or other artistic expression. Slected artworks will be on display at the 30th Anniversary Celebration at the Open Space Visitor's Center on August 8th from 5-8pm.
