Grandparent Mass Success
On Monday, Notre Dame hosted our annual Grandparent Day mass and reception. This year's turnout was the largest yet, with over 100 people in attendance. Grandchildren were excused from class to join their grandmothers and grandfathers for mass. Attending this year's event was Marie Halstead whose two grandchildren, Sam and Maggie are members of the senior and sophomore classes, respectively. Marie was one of the original teachers at Notre Dame who, in 1957, taught Business. She is the proud mom of six Notre Dame alums. Click here to view more images from the day.

The Introduction to Dance class is a new course offered by the Arts Department and is taught by Sally Hong, a Broadway performer and former Rockette.
Art and Nature Classes Mr. Testani's Art & Nature classes have being working on 3D - Stars for the trees. Operation Lawn Sign
Thank you to everyone who already volunteered to put an ND Open House Lawn Sign on their front lawn. We still have more to distribute ... With Notre Dame's annual Open House right around the corner, we would like to solicit everyone's help in spreading the word to prospective families. In an effort to get the word out, we have purchased several hundred Open House lawn signs. The goal for this campaign is to get a sign on the front lawn of 100% of our families. This campaign will increase our school's awareness in local communities, and bring more prospective families to the forefront. The campaign involve the following steps:
- Email Gaetano Marra, Director of Admissions, at marra@notredame.org
- Request your lawn sign to be picked up in his office at your convenience, or give permission for us to place the sign on your lawn. (Yes, he will come to you!)
- Once the lawn signs are up, we are asking families to take a photo in front of the sign, and email that back to Mr. Marra.
- We will be getting these photos on all of our social media networks, and work towards continuing to grow our enrollment.
- We request that all signs be returned the week after Open House, which is Sunday, October 20th.
With your help, we will continue to grow our school and show local families just how phenomenal a Catholic education at Notre Dame truly is.
