marketing technique. Instead of short
ads, write a personal letter that tells 
your story. Maybe you could start like this:
"Hi, I'm your neighborhood Jeweler Joe Marksman. I grew up in this town with my
3 brothers and I want to give back to the community. Did you know I replace watch batteries for only $1?"
