STEP #2  SIEVE IT

Sorting is very time consuming, but sieving is easy and helps you get more profit!There are 3 main plates you need. Sizes 16, 11 and 6. Each size is a different price point. You get more money by separating the price points.

 3 TIPS FOR SELLING 

SCRAP GOLD 

#2 Know what materials can be refined. Crucibles and slag are often over looked. Gold plated and gold filled can also be processed, along with silver oxide watch batteries if you have enough of them. Make sure to ask your refiner what types of materials they process.

# 3 Confirm the refiner is offering on the value of the undersize & oversize scrap.

Remember to ask your refiner if they pay you per pound or based on the value of the precious metals!

Take your parcel and

do one of two things.

If there is a trade

show, take your

parcel there. Shop it

to different booths.

Find the dealer that

pays the most, and s

end them your future melee. Or, split your parcel into 3 sections.

Send 3 smaller parcels to 3 different buyers. Take the highest offer.
