Dear Normandale Families,

There are some great celebrations coming up in the next couple of weeks. The carnival is a world-class event taking place tomorrow from 4:30-7:30pm.

The grade-level classes are preparing end-of-the-year performances, "Le Grand Spectacle." Kindergarten and first grade are first on stage next Wednesday, May 7th at 9:00AM.

Second and third grade will be on Wednesday, May 14th at starting at 1:00PM and fourth and fifth grades will perform on Friday, May 16th starting at 1:00PM.

Thanks for all you do including sending well-rested and nourished kids to school for the last rounds of end-of-the year assessments.

My door is always open,

Gerry Lukaska

Student Tours of Normandale!

Would you like a student-led tour of Normandale?  Fourteen fourth and fifth graders are being trained as tour guides. We are looking for volunteers who are willing help our guides hone their skills and gain confidence in a practice tour.

Amazing things happen here every day, and a student-led tour is a great way to see the school through a student's eyes.  All tours will be during school hours and last 20-40 minutes. If you are interested, please contact Kelsey Wolf
