Holiday Thoughts and Wishes

from The Institute for Personal Growth

Dear Friend:                                             Happy Holidays

This is the time of year when we tend to reflect, more than at any other time, on family and friends and what's important to us.  We thought we'd send along some articles - some of comfort, some suggestions, some humorous - to reflect upon during this season.  And we especially remember those still recovering and feeling the emotional toll of Sandy.

IPG wishes you the most wonderful - and least stressful - holiday time.  And peace and love and joy in 2013.  Thanks for being a friend to IPG.

                                  Peace and love,
Margie and the staff at IPG
