This week's survey
(These survey questions are sent in by our readers. Please spend a minute to give your answer to this week's survey as one or possibly more of your industry peers thinks this question is important and wishes to see your point of view as well as others in the industry.)

Have you innovated or added services in the last year or plan to within the next year - to meet customer demand?

Our last week's survey results...

  • Always, stupid not to.
  • We have very clearly defined strategies around our market position - and they work well. So saying that we focus on vehicle fleet and regularly turn away corporate signage work from some of our blue chip clients. To achieve above average growth actively seeking partnering, merger opportunities can lead to lots of win win outcomes. (Phil, Liberty Signs)
  • We just get on with our jobs and doing that to the best of our ability is the best defence we have of protecting our market position. Obviously if we see an additional opportunity that will help us do this, we would look at very seriously.

(As a publishing practice to protect ourselves from any potential liability, company and individual names that are referred to negatively in any of these comments are removed.
In addition we reserve the right to remove comments that are blatant advertising for one product or company)

Smile: It's only Monday!

With a very seductive voice the woman asked her husband: "Have you ever seen twenty dollars all crumpled up?"
"No," said her husband.
She gave him a sexy little smile, unbuttoned the top 3 or 4 buttons of her blouse, and slowly reached down into the cleavage created by a soft, silky push-up bra, and pulled out a crumpled twenty dollar bill.
He took the crumpled twenty dollar bill from her and smiled approvingly.
She then asked him,"Have you ever seen fifty dollars all crumpled up?"
"Uh... no, I haven't," he said, with an anxious tone in his voice.
She gave him another sexy little smile, pulled up her skirt, and seductively reached into her tight, sheer panties and pulled out a crumpled fifty dollar bill.
He took the crumpled fifty dollar bill, and started breathing a little quicker with anticipation.
"Now," she said, "Have you ever seen $70,000 dollars all crumpled up?"
He said, "No!", trying to hide his arousal.
She said ...
"Check the garage."
