The City of Rockford is again excited to be an entrant in the 2015 America in Bloom competition. We take great pride in our community, and we feel that it shows.
America in Bloom in Rockford encourages colorful plants and trees; clean environments; celebrating heritage; and planting pride through volunteerism.
