Winter Bird Walk

Local bird expert Barb Williams will lead a family-friendly walk to identify the many birds making the arboretum their home. Hot chocolate will be provided afterward while we make a pine cone bird feeder. All ages are welcome at this event.

Indoor Outdoor Matinee

There may be too much snow on the ground to enjoy a movie in the gardens, but that doesn't mean we can't pretend! Beat the cold by bringing your lawn chairs and picnic baskets for a Saturday matinee showing of the original Dr. Doolittle (1968) in Klehm's Visitors Center. Be sure to invite your favorite stuffed animal to join the fun!
Popcorn, candy and soda will be available for purchase.

Bus Trip to Wisconsin Garden Expo

Join Klehm on a bus trip to explore the 21st annual Wisconsin Public Television Garden Expo at the Alliant Energy Center. Depart from Klehm at 7:30am. Arrive back at Klehm at approximately 3:30pm (in time for your Valentine's Day plans!)

Winter Photo Contest

The Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden Winter 2014 Amateur Photography Contest is open to all participants except employees of KAGB and professional photographers. All photos must be taken at KABG between December 2014 and February 28, 2015. Winners will be announced in March.
