Thank You Volunteers!
Your work has taken root and, because of you, Klehm is flourishing with beauty, activity and promise.
Through the years, so many have generously shared their time, talent, energy, expertise, wisdom and wealth with the goal of maintaining Klehm for our citizens, children and visitors.
With grateful appreciation to all Klehm volunteers, we joyfully say "THANK YOU!"

Special Recognition
A huge thank you to John and Becky Ihne for maintaining our Hosta Gardens for the past 10 years. We know this involved working many dedicated hours and we are very grateful for your effort and the results!
Through your efforts, Klehm's variety of Hostas has grown to 50 over the years. Such dedicated volunteers help Klehm achieve our mission - "To maintain a living museum for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of all people". Again, John and Becky, thank you for all your hard work.
If any volunteers are willing to tend the Hosta Gardens, please contact us.

Volunteer Open Work Days have begun!
Every Saturday morning volunteers can come work on whatever projects the grounds staff needs help with. It's a great way to contribute without any commitment - no need to register ahead of time and just come when you can. Kids are very welcome, but they do need to be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the CLARCOR Pavilion at 9am ready to get your hands dirty! If the weather is poor we'll post on the Klehm facebook page that the work day is cancelled. You can also call the Visitors Center after 8am at (815) 965-8146 to find out whether or not we'll be working.
