We invite you to spend quality family time making a take-home craft. The theme is "Spring Blooms" so you can expect flower-related activities. We always have a Scavenger Hunt planned (indoor or outdoor), several crafts and other fun activities besides cookies and drinks.

Make Your Gardens Great with Lilies

Learn simple propagation techniques for growing lilies, hear about the wide variety of lilies that flourish in our area, and how to design a garden with lilies so some are in bloom all summer long.

Backpack Tours
Group Visits are available to school groups to explore the gardens without a guide.
Materials are available to help elementary students guide their own learning in the arboretum. Garden Adventure Packs are small backpacks issued to each group upon their arrival and collected when the group departs. Some of the themes covered are:Pond and Grass Study, Dinosaurs and Groves etc. Contact Dawn at DPfluger@klehm.org for more information.
