It's time for Klehm's annual celebration of our best friend - the dog. Bring your canine friends to spend a day enjoying and exploring our entire 155 acres of gardens and grounds. Our Community Dog Walk is meant to be informal and fun so there's no scheduled programs, but we do have a cause. Visitors are encouraged to offer cash donations to support Kibble Korner, Rockford's pet food pantry.
Kibble Korner has a mission to keep our area's pets fed and in the homes they know and love. As families struggle with the loss of jobs, your help can make all the difference to sparing children, parents, and the family pet the heartache of separation. Cash donations allow Kibble Korner to purchase pet food at a discount, so your dollars go much further. Find out more about this great volunteer run organization at kibblekorner.com. Dogs must be leashed and well behaved. All dogs and Klehm members are free.
