Have you ever considered "why" you are here in the Earth?   
Oh, we often think that we're just here to enjoy our life, and to somehow glorify God in the process.  But if that is your argument, did you every really give any thought to that?  Have you ever considered, given the magnificently "HUGE" and awesomely "POWERFUL" being that GOD is, and how things are done in Heaven ... did you ever think that maybe ... just maybe, GOD wanted ... His "kids" to be just like Him?  

GOD is an awesome god.  He is power, personified!  He makes a nuclear explosion seem like a nat sneeze!  Seriously!  His power is so awesome that He could not risk allowing His man, Moses, to "see" Him.  By simply viewing His awesome beauty, Moses could not remain in his present Earthly form, alive!  All of the light, the power, the goodness, and the purity of GOD's person, would drive out the darkness, the weakness, the evil and the sin, in Moses, and it would destroy Moses with it!  You cannot stand in the presence of that level of purity in all that GOD is, and expect to not-be-changed, "instantly"!  

In fact, even though Moses only saw GOD's backside, (GOD covered Moses with His hand, in the opening of some rocks as He walked by, so that Moses could not "see" Him in the face) even then, Moses' just being in the presence of Almighty GOD, was enough to make - him - "shine"!  I mean, when he returned from his time up on the mountain with GOD, they literally had to cover Moses face!  It seems that, because he was there with GOD for that time, in His Mighty Presence, Moses' face carried that same glory!  They could not look at him!!!!  Isn't that awesome!  THEY - HAD - TO - COVER - MOSES - FACE!!   They could not "STAND" the GLORY of an ALMIGHTY GOD ... that was brightly "SHINING" all over him!  

Well, "THAT" is the GOD we are talking about!  
He weighed and balanced out the plans of the Earth (in His head!) with only just a grain of sand and a drop of water, and calculated the weight and balance of a heavenly planet that would be spinning through space, tilted at a 23 1/2 degree angle, and that would house and provide environment for, His creation!  Yah, "that" GOD!  

He started all of this by summing up the "picture" of what He wanted to create, from His mind, into just one short phrase ... a sentence of words filled with enough power to set planets and star systems into motion ... they are still traveling at the speed of light - even today!!  He said, "LIGHT ... "BE"!"  ... and it happened!!

He - made - YOU too!   "YES!"  HE - created - YOU!  He made you just the way you are, with special giftings and abilities ... talents that nobody else can do ... not the way you can!  And He watches, as you sleep, just waiting for you to rise in the morning!  He's excited!  He can hardly wait!  And what are His hopes?  

Oh, He doesn't wait, in faith, hoping, just to see you sit up, yawn, scratch your head, and slowly head for the kitchen for some coffee!  "NO!"  

GOD wants all of Heaven and Earth to "rock" as you rise!  He wants you to open your eyes, gather your thoughts, and then "JUMP UP" in faith and power, and should out in your loudest voice, "DEVIL!   LOOK OUT!!  I'M AWAKE!"  and then just jump right into lifting your hands to GOD and praising Him!  

"Oh Father, I 'thank you' so, so much for this day, and for the POWER and the GOODNESS that You have placed ... in "ME", that I might have the privilege and the honor, of being YOUR representative in the Earth ... today!  In Jesus name!"   and then with a smile of the greatest of satisfaction, YOU will shout ...  "A-men!   SO - BE - IT!"   And you will "RISE UP" with boldness, with confidence, and with great "faith" in HIS WORD and in HIS promises!  And "then" you will head to the kitchen for your coffee, "proclaiming" all the way, the wondrous magnificent greatness of your GOD and FATHER!!

Try this in the morning!  You may want to give your wife a "heads up" the night before, so she survives this kind of awakening!  But rest assured, if you do this ... YOU WILL ROCK YOUR WORLD with the power and goodness of GOD, as your FAITH steps out onto the streets of your city, inside of you, to CHANGE YOUR WORLD!  

... and "THAT" my friend, is what GOD expects each of "us" to be and to do!
