CampfireTALKFebruary 2013  -  Week 2

Greetings!

Just a reminder ...
This year is a year of blessings, of God's goodness, and of conquest!
You are blessed, and you will see it in your life, but you have to receive it, and claim it ... by - your - words!  As you continue in your walk in the Word of GOD, you find that Jesus said we could "have whatever we say"!  He didn't say "some things", but the all-inclusive "whatever"!

One small tip ... your mouth has to be in agreement with your heart!  Remember, the Word of GOD teaches us that a man of faith ...
"speaks of things that are not as though they were"!

Make me proud!

Health Tips!
The weather lately, as least in Texas, has been cool sometimes, and sometimes warmer!  Before you know it, the summer season will be upon us!

With that thought in mind, don't wait ... "take advantage" of the cooler weather to get things done that you've been meaning to do - NOW!

I believe that you are GOING TO make a change in your life this year, and you are going to "ACT" on that decision, and move forward!
YOU - CAN - DO - IT!

Make me proud!

 A Word from pastor Rich

One of our affiliate ministers in the African continent, in Kenya, and I talked a week or so ago about a need he has in buying a home.  He contacted me, as a partner in faith to get in agreement in prayer!

This preacher is a man of faith whom I highly respect.  Sometimes, though, the answers are not clear to us because "we" are in the middle of the situation.  He was in this predicament.  He needed some encouragement and someone to agree with him in prayer.

We often think that GOD is only interested in what we are doing in ministry.  When it comes to the areas of our personal needs, we often don't realize that GOD is our biggest asset, our greatest source ... of wisdom, of direction, and of finances!  Yes, I said "finances"!

We are taught by the Word of GOD to "give" ... of the first fruits of our labors ... our "tithe".  We also know that we are to give freely, generously, and with wisdom in all that we do!  But we often forget that we also need to give ... "in faith".  We need to pray over our gifts, and we need to put our heart into it, and "believe"!

Remember what we talked about last week?  Confession?
Well, things come about as the results of what we have "spoken", whether in faith or in fear.  You reap a result of what you "say" in life.  Think about it.  Examine your immediate needs, ask GOD for direction, and sow some seed in the direction of that need ... in faith

Make me proud!
