Health Tips! 
Do you realize that you are in a "fight" for your life? Yes! The devil wants to take you out! And if he can't do it in an obvious, quick way, he is patient enough to just work you into a state of overeating, working towards obesity, and ill-health.
If he can get you to stop exercising, which is what all healthy people do ... and he can get you to overeat, then your joy is gone, your strength is gone, you don't rest well, you are tired, and you are ON YOUR WAY TO THE GRAVE!
"Wake up ole sleep head!"
As you slumber in your actions, the devil and his demons are hacking away at your future in this world. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THE FIGHT OF FAITH! It's not a "sit-down" serving ... the Bible calls it the "good fight of faith" for a reason!
WAKE UP!! And get busy ...

A Word from pastor Rich 
As you get older you begin to take a look at life and re-evalute your various priorities and the choices you've made.
The only problem is, the past is gone!
Jerry Savelle always says,
"If it's meant to be, it's up to me!" and I like that! We have to take charge of our assignment here in the Earth. After all, we only get 70 or 80 years to do it!
I want you to make a decision this year that you are going to become a POWERHOUSE of FAITH in all that you do! Get out your iPod, cassette player, computer, or whatever you use to listed to preaching tapes and GET THE WORD ON!
What? You don't listen to preaching? Seriously?
Paul says (the Apostle Paul? remember him?) that ...
"Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God". In order to even "hear" the wisdom of God and the various devine instruction HE is trying to give us, we have to put the WORD OF GOD in our hearts before we can even "hear"!!
FEED ON THE WORD!
LISTEN TO IT CONSTANTLY ... day and night!
"But I don't like to listen to preaching ... "
You didn't like spinach when you were a child either but your mother made you eat it, didn't she? It was still good for you! Well, if you DON'T LIKE listening to the Word of GOD then you are still a "child" in the eyes of the Kingdom of God. THAT is a way of life, for us here in the Earth!
So, "put on the feedbag" ... GET THOSE TAPES OUT, or slap on your iPhone and tie into some podcast where they are preaching the Word of GOD! Not some devotion, or "make me feel good" message ... you NEED TO HEAR the Bible ... good, solid preaching!
I'll be watching you ...
