Health Tips! 
Having problems losing weight? Ask yourself a question ... and be honest with your answer:
Do you really want to lose the weight?
If your honest answer was "yes" then you WILL lose the weight, once you decide you are willing to do what it takes to make it happen!
But if in answering honestly, you had to say, "No" then you have already made the decision. You will NOT lose that weight.
Your will is very powerful ... that and your words! If you really, really want to lose that weight, start "saying" to yourself each morning ...
"Body! You will lose the weight! You will maintain your metabolism, you will exercise, and you will submit to MY WILL as "I" decide that this will happen!"
And then you go out and MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Jerry Savelle always says, "If it's mean to be ... it is up to me!"
You need to realize one important fact in weight loss. It is not going to happen because you bought a new weight set, or got a cool looking workout outfit! Nor is it going to work if you sign up with the local gym! If you don't USE THESE ITEMS, then you are not going to see results!
"If it's mean to be ... it is up to me!" Remember that!
The more you work out, the better you feel! And the better you feel, the more energy you have! Seriously! So go out there and make-it-happen!

A Word from pastor Rich How many of you have found yourself in a position on the floor crying out to God on behalf of something that has gone terribly wrong, only to find out that it was never in His Plan for your life ... it was "all you"?
This happens to all of us! Even Kenneth Hagin had this happen in his life. He went to God about a church he was pastoring and God just point blank told him, "I never called you to pastor."
Dead silence.
He asked God again. Same answer.
And in pursuing it further he discovered that God's original calling on his life, as a prophet, was not just a primer for the next step! It was HIS calling in life! And God is funny about not being one given to change. He "knows" what He is doing, and from the beginning, before he was even saved, God had Kenneth Hagin's life laid out as a prophet! Not a pastor, but a prophet. Now, God honored His Word, and when Kenneth preached and ministered to the congregation, they saw God move! But it was not God's Plan that Kenneth was following, but his own! And when he got in line with God's plan, it all began to line up for him. The same goes with all of us! God did not just spill a bottle and go, "Whoops!" and you were born. He made you ON PURPOSE! He specifically made you the way He made you for a reason. You have a calling and a purpose in your life, and it is up to YOU to find that calling and get on-board with God's Plan for you!
