HELLO FROM EXECUTIVE PRINCIPAL LOWE

Dear Parents,

This week is National School Counseling Week and we can't let it go by without acknowledging our incredible counselors - Kait Druhot (Elementary School) and Cindy Soulliere (Middle School). For the first time, Flagstaff Academy has two counselors on campus to work with students and help them navigate peer relationships, academic achievement, and personal growth. Our counselors are an important part of our school team - I honestly don't know what we would do without them! When you can, please drop them a line and let them know how much they are appreciated for their work with our students.

I'd also like to remind you of two upcoming events I'm hosting:

PILOT PM KINDERGARTEN IN 2016-2017!

We are very excited to announce that we are piloting a PM Kindergarten Class, starting in the 2016-2017 School Year. This initiative will reduce overall class sizes throughout our Kindergarten program, as well as fulfill the increased demand for a PM Kindergarten class.

If you are a current pre-kindergarten parent, you MUST apply for Kindergarten enrollment. As a current Flagstaff family, your application will be given priority preference. To apply for the 2016-2017 school year, click here.

Depending on the response we receive during the Enrollment Application period, we will be able to make an informed decision on whether there is enough interest to fill an afternoon kindergarten class and reduce class sizes.

If you have any questions, please contact Sheila Strukel, Registrar at [email protected] or 720-864-9090.
