Pre-registration continues through Jan. 12th
Skip the slow lane by pre-registering online before midnight January 12th! We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Or you can download a registration form and get it postmarked by January 12th. Payment must be included with registration. We accept checks made payable to Southern SAWG, in addition to the credit cards listed above. If you don't get pre-registered, you can register onsite at the Lexington Convention Center starting January 24th.

Lodging Update: Book by Jan 12th
Our conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Lexington, filled up fast! But not to worry. Our overflow hotel, the Hilton Lexington Hotel, has rooms available and extended its discount deadline to January 12. You still get the same great rate of $110 per night, and it's right across the street. And just like the Hyatt, you will still enjoy free parking and complimentary airport shuttle.
