Atelier Nada� is pleased to receive Yaeko Kurimata for a 5-day Master Class on rendering a decorative panel representing compositions painted on folding screens. Yaeko is an accomplished, internationally renowned Japanese artist and is owner of Faux Arts Design in Tokyo, Japan. The course will be taught in Japanese and English, with simultaneous interpretation by Kyoko Nada�.

Focus of this workshop will be on rendering a beautiful decorative panel using modern techniques and materials. You will learn how to create an aged imitation gold gilded background and explore the aesthetics and finesse of Japanese decorative painting techniques.
