SENATE SCHEDULED TO VOTE ON SB45
CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY

The Senate floor debate and vote to advance to Final Action will take place on Wednesday, February 25th for SB45, Constitutional Carry. Depending on how they run that particular session they could do Final Action that day or it could be done the next day. Typically it is the next day. Final Action will be a roll call vote. Please call your Kansas State Senator and ask them to vote YES on SB45. If you do not know who your State Senator is or how to contact them you can use the tool at this link. Just put your address in the search box and then scroll down to the listings and look under the heading of "State" and then click on their name to get the contact info. You will see two names. The first name will be your State Senator.

If this bill passes it will then advance to the House Committee for a hearing.
