* With 10 years of develpment, Oneil cabinets started as a online retailer, with support of our customers at different stages, we never stopped improving our product standard. O'Neil cabinets is proud to provide our signature custom-grade RTA cabinets at a superior quality standard and competitive pricing. And with a wide network of professional general contractors, designers, and builders, we believe it is time for us to trust our trade partners to take care of their local territories.
* For our first and still the most important end-user customers, please have peace of mind knowing that O'Neil cabinets will continue to communicate with end users with product feedback and keeping up with our customer service. Please register your warranty online. Keep in mind that even if your purchase is past the warranty claim time limit, and or only normal wear and tear, please feel free to let us know any concerns you may have with your project. We will do our best to make your kitchen a lasting dream kitchen! As long as parts and documents are available for your project, we will meet or exceed your request!

* For existing dealers, we will put your experience and how well you work with us as a priority condition towards an authorized and preferred dealer. Existing showroom is preferred, but not a must. Your loyalty and support of our product is the most important assets we value. We all know word of month was, and is our best advertising. We will work with our trusted dealers, who will work with our product pros and cons, and make the project marvelous, so together we can take care of our customers.. Please do not be concerned about not having a showroom. We will work with you as long as you can take good care of business in your neighborhood.

* For areas that we do not have a trusted partner to recommend, we will require our customers (if found us through family, friends, or Internet) to send requests with preferred local contractors information. We will walk though the project with your contractor, and make sure your project is handled with the best knowledge and personal care.
