High suction for food processors
Powerful suction lift capability is often a major challenge for food processors. Pukka Pies, however, has found the perfect solution: a MasoSine SPS 2.5 pump. It transfers dense pre-cooked meat from a 200 liter capacity mixing bowl up to a top level depositor feed hopper ready to fill the pies.
This is achieved without damaging any of the ingredients thanks to the low shear, low pulsation and gentle handling of the MasoSine pump technology.

Meet hygiene requirements with gentle product handling
A world leader in design and manufacture of flexible pouch packaging machines for sauces and soups uses MasoSine pumps to convey the sauce to dosing nozzles. The Thimonnier Company has integrated MasoSine pumps into their designs because of their Clean In Place (CIP) and pumphead position flexibility – eliminating any bacteria retention zones.
The pump heads gently convey the sauce/soup to the buses for dosage into the pouches. The four chamber sinusoidal principle is key.

Minimize damage to product during transfer
Finding new ways to minimize damage to product during transfer duties needn't be difficult.
To maintain its reputation for high-quality end-product, one major fruit pie manufacturer is using our Bredel hose pump technology to protect the contents of its pies during transfer from hopper to depositor.
The introduction of Bredel hose pumps to this food processing plant has made production faster, eliminated the need for manual handling of products and minimized product damage.
