Celebrate World Refugee Day on July 9
If you enjoy learning about different cultures, sampling ethnic foods and visiting with people who have recently immigrated to the United States, join us for World Refugee Day on July 9!.   There will be a potluck, including some very American grilled hot dogs,  and probably a few things you won't recognize (but are delicious!).  Festivities will get underway around 5:00 p.m., with games for the kids outside and time to chat and snack for the adults!

Too Many Zucchinii?
The Farmer's Market at Broadway Can Help! sliced-tomato.jpg
If your garden is producing at a record rate, and you  have more peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, etc. that you can possibly use in your lifetime - share the bounty with Broadway members and raise funds for the Festival of Sharing too!  Simply bring your extra produce to the Farmer's Market at Broadway table in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday mornings.  Members can pick up a fresh pepper or two and leave a donation in the mason jar.  All funds raised will be used to purchase supplies for Festival of Sharing kits.

All current year's pledges should be received by June 30.

VideoVision Techs Needed for 11:15 Worship
Do you enjoy learning new skills and playing with some really cool tech?  Volunteers are needed to run the VideoVision cameras during the 11:15 a.m. service.  Training is available on your schedule and you can "shadow" an experienced volunteer before flying solo.  Contact Ingrid if you would like more information!
