Greetings Friends,

This week we take action on our College Care packages. We have a 27 students who will be receiving packages in preparations for their final exams that will remind them the love God (and Broadway) has for them. 

So we need you to bring non-perishable food/snack items with you to Wednesday Night Live, where we will be packaging these goodies to send out to our beloved college students. We'll also be including youth created cards to make them smile. This might be a great time to get rid of some of that extra left over Halloween candy that is sitting around the house. Microwave boy-scout popcorn that has been delivered is another option. Please send something nice to contribute! Our college students speak very highly of receiving these love packages.

This year we are also including an awesome pink eraser with a note reminding the college students that they belong to God and that their sins have already been erased. 

To wrap up the theme of college care, we will be talking about the events that have taken place on the University of Missouri's campus from a faith perspective. What role does faith have in actions such as this? Most of all we will be spending time in prayer, lifting up all involved in these events.
