Worshipping God Through Music and Dance

Music Opportunities
Kids Choir
Children in Kindergarten-second grade are invited to join the Kids Choir on Sunday mornings from 10:00-10:25 a.m. in the Heavenly Music room on the upper level of the CLC. Children will be released in time to attend their full Pathways class.  All children participating will be escorted from choir to their classes, upon completion of practice. Kids Choir is now taking a break through the summer months. We will start back up again next fall.

Alleluia Singers
Children in third through fifth grades may participate in the Alleluia Singers. The Alleluia Singers rehearse at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoons in the Music Center. The Alleluia Singers are now taking a break through the summer months.  We will start back up again next fall.

We are pleased to offer these opportunities for your children as they increase their musical understanding through singing, listening, instruments, tonal and rhythm patterns... all this while having fun! We will also be sharing our gifts of song periodically in the worship services.

Questions? Please contact Kathy Carson, Director,([email protected] or call 573-256-9301).

What are your Children Learning?
Our Current Pathways Unit at a Glance

Pathways has transitioned to it's Summer Program.

Every summer, Pathways takes a break from unit curriculum rotations and all the kids come together as one large group for fellowship and learning. This summer is no exception. Every Sunday, we will meet in the Cinema Room of the CLC, take attendance, sing the Doxology, and say the Lord's Prayer.  We will then begin our lesson for the day.  Our lessons this summer will include exploring the Bible, listening to Bible Stories, and watching Biblical Movies. We will also be making crafts, spending time outside at the outdoor worship area, and forming prayer circles in the CLC to pray for the special people and happenings in our lives. During the first few weeks of our summer, we designed "what we love about Broadway" worship bulletin covers.  Next, we will be exploring our thoughts on Heaven. Pastor Nick will come in periodically over the summer to spend time with the children and teach his own lessons, and our Summer Intern, Kahlea Wilson, will be spending some Sundays with us, as well.  We will also be pairing up the older kids of Pathways with the younger kids quite frequently, to look up various Trivia questions in the Bible.  We hope they will join us!

A special thank you goes out to all of our Pathways Guides and Teachers who committed themselves to our program this past school year.Pathways would not be the successful program that it is, without you.  We are blessed to have had you with us.

All God's Children

All God's Children is an adaptive Sunday School Program for children with disabilities. Children up to age 12 are invited to join us for a modified version of the hands-on Pathways Program during the 11:15 am service. Please meet in the Music room on the second floor of the CLC.

AGC seeks to accompany all children with different abilities focusing on meeting their needs and supporting the family incorporating them into the life of the church with appropriate levels of support.
