Planning Commission Issues Recommendations Regarding the Property at 5 Llandillo Road
On August 23, 2013, the Township Planning Commission recommended that the Amended Conditional Use application submitted by Carelink Community Support Services, Inc. be approved, subject to numerous conditions, including the fact that "Under no conditions shall client related activities (including interviews, counseling sessions, social gatherings, etc.) be permitted anywhere on the property." The property is located in the former Strafford Friends School at the corner of Llandillo and Darby Roads. Click here to read the Planning Commission's complete findings.

Peco Update
The 4th Ward has been the site of numerous electric outages over the past few months. I have been contacted by Peco about the situation, and will be speaking with the company shortly to see what can be done to reduce the number of future outages. I will keep you posted as I learn more. Rest assured that I have conveyed all of your concerns to the company, not only about outages, but also about maintenance of Peco rights-of-way that are adjacent to many residences. Thanks for your patience as I continue to work through the situation.

My next semi-annual constituent meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Quatrani Building (the Commissioners Meeting Room) located behind the Township Building at 2325 Darby Road in Havertown. This meeting is your opportunity to speak directly with Township officials and get answers to questions and concerns. Please mark the date on your calendar.
