The Township's annual Toys for Tots program was again a huge success. The Township collected so many toys that they filled the Police Emergency Services bus. Special thanks to everyone who donated, and to all the volunteers who helped with this year's drive. |
Trash & Recycling Schedules Available Soon
The 2013 Trash & Recycling calendars will be mailed soon to all residents. Residents of the 4th Ward will continue to have trash collected on Mondays, trash and recycling collected on Thursdays, and yard waste and Christmas tree pickups on specified Wednesdays. I will post the new schedules on my website and send a newsletter announcing them as soon as I receive them. |
Reflections & Thank You
I want to thank all of the residents who have communicated with me during 2013. As a Commissioner, I handle many questions and address numerous problems, and my goal remains to provide efficient, responsive and open representation. I try to return all emails and phone calls promptly, and to keep you informed about major issues and events in the Township.
Fortunately, the Township staff helps make this position look easy. Led by Township Manager Larry Gentile, the Township is extremely responsive and tries to assure that residents' concerns are addressed completely. Their can-do attitude is critical to my ability to help my constituents. To all the Township staff, I say, "THANK YOU."
I also want to thank all of you for your comments, criticism and suggestions. My goal remains to work with all residents to assure that we live in the finest community possible. Please always feel free to contact me no matter what the issue, and I'll do what I can to help, or direct you to the people who can.
Let's hope that 2013 is a year of peace and happiness. |
