October was a month full of activity - visits with churches, individuals, small groups, time with family and packing up to head back to France on October 30.

A New Season in France

During my itineration, I stayed at the Potomac Park Retreat and Conference Center in Falling Waters, WV. I would begin my day in prayer and reading the Word of God before the sunrise. What a marvelous atmosphere to worship and commune with the Lord, the artist par excellence. I love watching sunrises.

I arrived in France on October 31st. I continue my morning prayer and Bible reading. Although I had never taken a "before the sunrise" photo from my apartment here in Noisy le Grand, I did so just yesterday.

Before the sunrise in Noisy le Grand, France.
The morning sky before sunrise here in Noisy le Grand is quite different from the sky in Falling Waters. Nevertheless, it is just as magnificent and gives me impetus to worship and spend time with my creator as He goes about painting the start to another day.

As I transition to a new season here in France, I am excited for the new experiences and opportunities the Lord has planned for me.

Thank you for the invitations to be with you in the USA. I am so grateful for your commitments to support me monthly.

Thank you for your prayers as I begin this new season in France.
A Special Occasion

Sunday, October 25, I had a scheduled service at Mount Zion Assembly in Charles Town, WV. I was so surprised and pleased to see Pastors Ellen Blackwell and Bina Richardson since I thought that they were still in Israel.

The Lord blessed us with His presence and ministered His Word as a challenge to enlarge our hearts and our vision. The congregation responded in a time of corporate prayer.

Pastor Blackwell was recently honored at the Influence Conference in August 2015 at the General Council of the Assemblies of God in Orlando, FL. She will soon be 102 years old and continues to preach and teach both at Mount Zion Assembly and in Israel where the Lord has opened doors.

A Coffee Meeting in Paris

Lauren Mowrer and I got together this week to talk shop about Life Groups at The Bridge International Church. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere delightful as we met at a coffee shop in the quartier just below Sacre Coeur Basilica.

Much appreciation to Lauren for stepping right into Life Group coordination during my five-month absence. Lauren is serving as a Missionary Associate and what a great asset she is in service to the church community.
Special Project: Reaching the Secular Intellectual

I'm delighted that about $5000 of the $10,000 needed has been contributed for the development of "UnderstandGod.net," a new apologetics website in English

In partnership with Jesus.net, I can hardly wait to reach university students, professors and other thinkers with this new tool.

Thank you to each one who has given.
Let's pray for the full amount to come in.
