At 8:30 am host Amanda Eichstaedt will conduct a series of informational interviews with local water district representatives, addressing the drought we are experiencing this year. Despite the recent rainfall, water rationing is still a distinct possibility if the north coast of California does not receive ample rainfall between now and May.

12-1 pm "Special: Repeat of Post-Carbon Radio." Bernie Stephan speaks withDr. John Sharry, a mental health professional and solution-focused trainer with over 25 years experience consulting with individuals, families and organizations. He is a founding director of the Parents Plus Charity, is a social worker with a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Dublin, and is also an adjunct senior lecturer at the School of Psychology in University College, Dublin. Sharry has written several evidence-based online treatment programs for depression, anxiety and stress that are used in Ireland, Europe and the USA.
1-2 pm "Epicenter: Politics 101" with Herb Kutchins. Erin Carlstrom is in the race for California's 10th District Assembly seat, currently held by Marc Levine.

6:30-8:30 pm "Shorty's Bunkhouse." At 6:45 pm, Lil' Shorty talks with Suzy Bogguss about her new album "Lucky," and her upcoming Freight & Salvage performance in Berkeley.
Friday, February 21
1 pm "Peace Paradigm Radio" with Stephanie Van hook and Michael Nagler explores the power of active nonviolence. Nonviolence is not passivity or inaction, it's what Gandhi called "the greatest power at the disposal of human beings." That means, all of us. Join us as we march deeper into the Peace Paradigm. Joining us today for this journey are a team of Santa Rosa high school students who are passionate about restorative justice, and whose lives testify to its power. We want to raise their voices, join us in this effort by tuning in on Friday at 1 pm!

9-10 am "TheVicarious Traveler." Vicki Leeds hosts Tony Kilgallin, the author of Tomales Bay, from the "Images of America" series. They will talk about Tomales Bay, its geography and history, as well as the towns of Tomales and Marshall. Lots of great stories about the people who have lived here, beginning with the pioneers and prominent settlers.
10 pm-midnight "Saturday Night Function." Instead of Marc Matheson, Jeffry Wilkinson hosts tonight: "Sid Caesar is dead. Long live Sid Caesar."

4-6 pm "Learnin' Kirven." Classical Guitarist Zachary Seifert-Ponce joins Brian Kirven.
8-10 pm "L.A. Theatre Works: A Huey P. Newton Story" written, directed, and performed by Roger Guenveur Smith. In his brilliantly imagined, Obie Award-winning show, Roger Guenveur Smith explores the life of the controversial Black Panther leader Huey P. Newton through a series of improvisations based on his own words and writings.
The broadcast includes a conversation with Smith about the creation of "A Huey P. Newton Story. "
Monday, February 24 8-8:30 am NEW TIME "A Cuppa Jo with Dr. Joe." Joe Blumenthal MD brings us positive stories. 1-2 pm "Post-Carbon Radio: The Sacred Work of Grief and The Work that Reconnects." Bing Gong and Bernie Stephan have a conversation with Francis Weller and Constance Washburn. 6:30-8:30 pm "Release Me" with Amanda. Through a career spanning four decades, Johnny Paycheck sang songs of madness, murder, pain, nuclear annihilation, loneliness, hate AND love-songs delivered with such passion and soul that he made the listener believe he had lived each of those songs in real life. And, in several cases, he had. Johnny remains one of the greatest and most under-appreciated voices in country music. JP died in February of 2003, and to mark the occasion, Red Meat manager Owen Bly joins us for a two-hour journey through Johnny's career. We'll explore his early days in the early 60s performing as Donny Young, through his years on the Little Darlin' label, and his turmoil-filled comeback in the 70s as one of country's original outlaws. We may even play "Take This Job and Shove It," though Johnny would be the first to tell you there are no guarantees in this life. Tuesday, February 25 2-4 pm New Show "Dawn Chorus" with Bill Steele.
