8-10 am "Swimming Upstream." Sim Van de Ryn will be Amanda's guest to discuss his one-man show at Toby's Gallery, presenting his lifetime of watercolor paintings.
10-11 am "Turning Pages: Waves of Joy." Karen Russell, author of Vampires in the Lemon Grove. NPR's Maureen Corrigan calls Russell a literary genius, and her work "otherworldly, emotionally devastating, daffy and daring."
1-2 pm "Epicenter: Point Reyes Dialogues." Philosopher/author Jacob Needleman hosts Jack Kornfield of Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
2-4 pm "Classical Wednesday." NEW DAY for host Jeffry Wilkinson. Jeff generously makes way for new host, Robby Elfman, on Thursdays, and takes his classical spot to 1st Wednesdays, beginning February 5.

Friday, February 7
1 pm "Peace Paradigm Radio with Stephanie Van Hook and Michael Nagler." "All the nonviolence that's not fit to print." In this week's episode, we explore some interesting nonviolence in the news with updates from activists nationwide. In the second segment of the show, we will launch a new show segment (yet to be titled) where we take crowd-sourced questions about nonviolence and attempt to nonviolently debate the "what if" scenarios that so often occur in conversations about nonviolence in a militarized culture.
Saturday, February 8
9 am "TheVicarious Traveler." Barbara McNally joins Vicki Leeds to discuss her memoir Unbridled, telling the story of Barbara's impulsive liberation. They will talk about her time spent in Ireland, where she seeks her family roots and has an erotic encounter in an ancient castle; on to Jamaica where she communes with priestesses and also spends time at "The Windsor Home" for homeless girls. It should be a fun show.

4-6 pm "Learnin' Kirven." Brian hosts travel writer Sarah Hobson.
8-10 pm "L.A. Theatre Works: The Liar" by Pierre Corneille;translated by Richard Wilbur.Martin Jarvis directs Tara Lynn Barr, John Sloan, Matthew Wolf.In this classic farce, a young man pretends to be a war hero to impress apretty girl. As his lies progress, so do his troubles - with hilarious results. Playwright Pierre Corneille's comedy of manners is considered a groundbreaking work that influenced contemporaries such as the young Moli�re.
The broadcast includes a conversation about Corneille with author and educator Larry F. Norman of the University of Chicago. Lead funding for this production is provided by The Sidney E. Frank Foundation. An L.A. Theatre Works premiere broadcast.

1-2 pm "West Marin Matters: Post Carbon Radio." Our Global Crises with Dr. John Sharry. Bing Gong and Bernie Stephan discuss the global crises of our generation with Dr. John Sharry, a teacher and trainer, who presents workshops nationally and internationally. Tuesday, February 11
2-4 pm "What's New?" with Mia Johnson. Put on your seatbelt for some auto-tuned love songs!
4-4:30 pm "Youth DJ Project" airs episode #4 from Tomales High School Radio.
Wednesday, February 12
1-2 pm "Epicenter: West Marin Dairy Ranching." In 1904, Tobias Giacomini left Northern Italy and landed in Northern California with a dream of raising chickens and cows. Thirty-four years later his son Waldo moved his family to Point Reyes, where Waldo's son Bob was raised. In 1959, Bob purchased a dairy farm three miles north of his parent's farm with a dream of making cheese. Now, he and his four daughters have done just that.
Join host Marc Matheson in conversation with Bob Giacomini and daughter Lynn Giacomini Stray about growing up on, and operating, West Marin dairy ranches, cheese-making and Point Reyes culture.
