The CMCP312 provides a switchable BNC output for up to 12 Accelerometers providing easy access for connecting data collectors and analyzers. The CMCP312's small size allows it to be mounted almost anywhere where convenience dictates. The CMCP312 mounts on standard 35 mm DIN rail and accelerometers are easily attached using the provided screw terminals. The CMCP312 is for interior mounting, if mounted outdoors a suitable enclosure should be provided.

CMCP200 Mounting PadsAt several customers request STI has expanded it's CMCP200 Series Mounting Pad Line by adding Magnetic Versions using 416 Stainless Steel. The magnetic versions are used for Portable Data Collectors and Analyzers using Magnet Mounted Accelerometers. 416 Stainless Steel was chosen for it's corrosion resistance and magnetic attraction properties.

CMCP797 Quad Buffer Module: NEW!

 CMCP797 Quad Buffer ModuleWhen connecting multiple devices to a common vibration sensor such as accelerometers, velocity sensors and proximity probes a CMCP797 Quad Buffer Module should be used. This active (Op-Amp) type buffer prevents problems on one device from interfering with the other connected devices. This is especially important when sensors wired to a protection system need to be routed to a condition monitoring, data collector/analyzer or data acquisition system. The CMCP797 Quad Output Buffer Module accepts a single input and provides four (4) active buffered outputs on screw terminals and a BNC front panel connector. The CMCP797 can be selected to power accelerometers with an onboard CCD. The CMCP797 is DIN Rail mounted and is powered by +24 VDC. CMCP797 Connection and Setup Drawing (PDF).
